Walk it off
Today felt like many of those days when I become overwhelmed by the multitude of questions facing me , so I decided to do something I'd never done in a few months...Walk It Off.
As I walked down the road for more than 2 hours listening to the sounds and words of the immortal Peter Tosh on my mp3 player, I felt the tense knots of overthinking slowly unwind from my brain and fall to the wayside.
It's amazing how fast time and distance go when the brain is on a race of its own. Coupled with the sweet sounds of the reggae rythm and the restless abandon with which I walked...I couldn't feel any better.
