Buck Cherry
un-amped
Are people just going a bit too crazy? seriously what the hell has happened to the world. Theres this guy in OKlahoma who fantasized about eating human flesh and finally killed a ten year old girl but did not fullfill his fantasy, eventhough he had bought tools that were fitting for a reunion sized barbecue. It's really sad what has happened to this guy because no human being ought to fantasize about eating another human...even dogs don't want to eat each other.
Adding to my further loss of faith in all things human is a recent rumor circulating which I saw on FOX NEWS where it seems reporters just say whatever they want to regardless of its relevance to the issue being discussed. Anyways...while watching Matthew Shepard discuss something with a panel about Iran on FOX NEWS today; he veered onto the issue of Tom Cruise wanting to eat the Placenta of his baby or, does it belong to the mother? anyways...true story although he phrased it in the form of a joke, but hey like what I say..."JOKES ARE ONLY TRUE LIES".
Although after doing a bit of reading I did discover that the placenta is eaten by a few cultures though it was hard to find out which ones...there are even RECIPES, yes recipes; but seeing that they're on the internet the practice would not belong to a primitive culture then would it?

Spring in a shell
I've wanted one thing ever so bad, one thing which never came my way before spring did; I went to bed at night dreaming of playing my new sky blue Fender Stratocaster someday after I'd saved enough money from my work last summer. Well...some things just demand money right now and therefore my Blue-string as I would have named it won't be mine for another year or so...damn it!!!
something which brings me to a list of things I should've had this spring but had to bump up to next spring:
- A Blue Fender Stratocaster
- a black vespa scooter
- Microscope
- and most of all a Python...yes...a python
On yet another topic relating to Spring...it's during the start of Spring when I get this special urge to meet new people especially women...as I've heard this is called the "Spring Fling Bug"-----how fitting a name for something that I couldn't figure out a name for.
I'm growing ever more excited so see my brother and sisters during the summer and to visit my aunt Bea in Detroit...which is one place I really really hate to go, only because of my belief that homeless people on a street corner are suppose to evoke feelings of sympathy, and not fear for your life. My aunts in Chicago are also looking foward to seeing me...another place which I don't mind going to but the constant fear of my paper currency leaving my hand or open wallet in a gust of seemingly strong wind is ever present.
Spring, it seems encourages me to be more productive. I clean my room more often...(though I've given up on the apartment as a whole because I am the only one who ever does so) smile more and be a lot more productive in the simple tasks I carry out everyday. During days of sunshine I find no enjoyment in watching T.V as there is so much more I can do to entertain myself.
Spring also makes me want to write even more but as easily distracted as I am and given the many distractions avalaible to distract me....it won't be easy.

The Face....book?
Well lately I've been coming to ask myself many questions...most of them concerning the phenomenon of Facebook. As cool and ultra-nonatritious (thats a made up word) as The Facebook is, I'm begining to fear the almost too personal questions it asks users to post on the profiles; and therefore being as inquisitive as I always am, I looked up the true story behind the real FACEBOOK.
After reading an online article entitled "THE Facebook: Big Brother with a smile", something you might also be interested in reading; call me paranoid or semi-insane but I came to the realization that there is much more to the great Facebook.
My only advise to all Facebook users would be to list only information that you would tell to a very creepy looking stranger in a dark alley in strange city....I hope that sort of converys my point. It wouldn't even help for you to make your profile unviewable to the general Facebook public, because there are hacks...which I find simple enough(SEE HERE) available that anyone computer saavy enough and has a bit of computer language knowledge can put to use to see what the hell it is you're trying to hide.
Since I've talked so much about the (-) of Facebook...let me discuss some (+)
The first person to sign up for Facebook at every school is called the creator, to find the creator, do this:
2.Cross out the last four numbers:http://mnsu.facebook.com/profile.php?id=6390
3. and replace with the following which is this case would be: http://mnsu.facebook.com/profile.php?id=63900001.( I gave thee your creator)
With that in mind...go on and enjoy FACEBOOK unless you're afraid of muah...hahaha....muah..haha.
......... OK back to writing about more mundane topics
